SIMULATED GAME
We offer Simulated Game Shooting for parties of 12 to 16 guns.
We aim to provide a simulated day that is as close to a “Driven Game” day as possible, with a relaxed atmosphere, challenging clay targets and great hospitality.
ABOUT US
Cheviot Sporting provide driven shoot days all year round with our simulated game days. We have 30 plus years of experience in the shooting industry and aim to put on a fun and friendly day.
Our shoot days are set across the working farm with 500 acres of mixed terrain providing an excellent range of drives.

We operate all terrain Bowman clay traps, with a mixture of standard, midi and mini clay pigeons to offer a variety of challenging targets throughout the day.

We can tailor each day to suit your requirements.

A TYPICAL DAY
To Begin - The day will start with breakfast where you will enjoy a breakfast roll, tea and coffee. This is importantly followed by a safety presentation before departing for the first drive.
​
The Drives - Throughout the day there will be a mix of five drives, simulating different types of game.
​
We will provide refreshments throughout the day with an informal lunch.
​
Shoot Teams - We can cater for up to 16 guns. Teams take it in turns to shoot each stand with the other teams "stuffing" to keep the guns reloaded.
​
Cartridges - On a typical day you can expect to fire anywhere between 300 - 500 cartridges. We can supply these at an additional cost, or alternatively you can bring your own if you have a cartridge of choice.

We are available from April through to September.
​
Saturdays are usually the most popular dates, but please do let us know your requirements.
GUN/COACH HIRE
We want to make the day as enjoyable as possible for you and gun safety throughout the day is important.
We can offer an instructor and/or gun hire at an additional cost. We can discuss this requirement in further detail when you make your booking.
